BOOKING TERMS

 

Your Booking
The party leader must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking. Your booking is made as a consumer and you agree that no liability can be accepted by The Property Owners for any expenses, cost, losses, claims or other sums of any description which relate to any business, howsoever incurred or suffered by you. When The Property Owners issue a written confirmation this denotes that The Property Owners have entered into a contract with you. Please check the details, and let The Property Owners know if anything is incorrect.

Paying For your Holiday let
When you book your property you should send the deposit amount of £100 then due by cheque, together with a completed booking form to The Property Owners . Providing the booking can be confirmed The Property Owners will then issue a written confirmation showing your booking details and the balance of your total holiday cost, which must be received by The Property Owners no later than 6 weeks before your arrival date. However if you book lees than 6 weeks before the arrival date, payment of your total holiday cost is due immediately. All prices quoted to you by The Property Owners include all booking fees, charges. If any payment you make is not honoured for any reason, The Property Owners is entitled to make a administration charge of £25.

Cancellation or Changes to your booking by The Property Owners
It is not expected to have to make any changes to your booking, but if this does happen the party leader will be contacted as soon as is reasonably practicable, and explain the cancellation or change. If possible an alternative property will be offered, or a refund offered.

Circumstances beyond the control of The Property Owners
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these conditions, The Property Owners shall not be liable for any change, cancellation, effect on your holiday, loss or damage suffered by you, which is due to any event(s) or circumstance(s) beyond the reasonable control of The Property Owners. Circumstances include, but are not limited to, fire, flood, exceptional weather conditions, epidemics or destruction to the property by any cause and all similar situations. No compensation, expenses, costs or any other sums will be payable in such circumstances.

Holiday Details
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the web site and prices at the time of release, errors do occasionally occur. You must therefore check all details of your chosen property and prices with The Property Owners at the time of booking.

Liability
The Property Owners shall have no liability for any death or personal injury unless, in the case this results from negligence of The Property Owners or its employees (providing they were at the time acting in the course of their employment). You must take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal property. No liability is accepted by The Property Owners in respect of damage to, or loss of, such personal property except where the damage is caused by negligence of The Property Owners.

If you change or cancel your booking
i) Changes - if you want to change your booking once your confirmation has been issued an administration fee of £25 will be payable to The Property Owners
ii) Cancellations. If you wish to cancel your booking, the party leader must notify The Property Owners as soon as possible, and confirm by writing.

Your holiday let
You are responsible for actual costs of any breakage or damage in or to the property. The Property Owners are entitled at their discretion to refuse to handover, or to repossess, the property (including fixtures fittings & furnishings) if The Property Owners reasonably believe that any damage is likely to be caused by the members of the holiday party. Such circumstances will be treated as a cancellation by you. No refund of monies you have paid in respect of your booking will be made. You must not allow more four people (unless specifically agreed with The property owners to occupy the property, nor can you take any pet into the property. If these circumstances rise, The Property Owners are entitled to treat this as a cancellation by you. No refund of monies you have paid in respect of your booking will be made.

Complaints
Every effort has been made to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday. If, however, you have any cause for complaint, please contact the Property Owners as soon as possible. You must put your complaint in writing within 30 days of leaving your holiday if the issue is not resolved during your stay.

Your Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained within these conditions.

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE
You can arrive at your property after 3pm on the start date of your holiday, and you must leave by 10am on the last day. Please notify The Property Owners if you plan to arrive after 8pm on the start date.

FUEL CHARGES
All electricity, gas and water are included in your holiday cost.

PETS
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets of any kind in any of our property.

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

LINEN
Duvets, pillows and blankets are supplied. Please bring with you your own duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets. If you would like us to supply duvet covers, pillowcases sheets and towels we can do this for £30 per booking.

TOWELS
Towels are not supplied so please bring your own along..

VISITORS WITH SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Please notify us at the time of booking of any special requirements and we will do our utmost to fulfil these.

CLEANING
The property is cleaned between holidays. As there is only a limited time to clean we do appreciate the property being left clean & tidy.

COTS
There is a travel cot provided should you need it.
